By Noah Rosenbaum Credit: Getty Images The Warriors have many decisions to make. Do they maximize the present or hold off for the future? Jonathan kuminga's growth has been on display recently, and the Golden States Warriors' 7th overall pick has become a Vital part of Steve Kerr's rotations. But is there a way to keep some of the future and retain some of the young core? Moody and Wiseman will be a big part of the trade if the Warriors decide to move now. Bob Myers should keep at least one or two of the young core but make a move to help the team's depth now for another run at a Larry O'Brien Trophy. Developing young players takes time and patients, which Stephen Curry's timeline does not allow. Your thought.

Credit: Getty Image It’s Christmas Eve and the Golden State Warriors are in desperate need of some presents under the tree. December is supposed to be the happiest month of the year, but instead the reigning NBA champions have slumped to a 15-18 record and are coming off a 1-5 road-trip. What will Joe Lacob, Bob Myers, Steve Kerr and the entire Golden State Warriors franchise be wishing for as another Christmas rolls around? There’s little going right recently for the Warriors, and therefore there’s no shortage of gifts they’d like to help turn things around. Let’s narrow it to three though given Santa’s workload. by Peter O'KeefePeter O'Keefe Credit: Getty Images The worsening regular season record is heightening the chances of a rare mid-season trade, but they’re not yet (or ever) in the stage of making senseless deals simply for the sake of it. That’s exactly what happens in a new proposed trade where they give up two talented future assets, and additional picks, for Toronto Raptors wing OG Anunoby. The Golden State Warriors would have interest in Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby, but not for the kind of price being suggested. Read More: Read More: More:

Gold Blooded Ground - flawless Credit: Getty Images Struggling through their first 26 games of the season, the Golden State Warriors’ 13-13 record may mean it’s time to re-evaluate the flawed roster Bob Myers assembled for the defense of the franchise’s 2022 championship title. The loss of Otto Porter Jr, Gary Payton II and Juan Toscano-Anderson left a vital part of the Warriors’ championship identity in question. Myers signed JaMychal Green and Donte DiVincenzo to add to the young core and aid in the replacement of Porter and Payton, but it has become clear that those additions simply aren’t enough. DiVincenzo and Green have replaced some of what the Dubs lost, but his young core has been slow to fill their roles. A rehabbing James Wiseman was sent to Santa Cruz for development, and Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody have each spent time out of the rotation or with limited minutes. Green and DiVincenzo are adjusting their game to meet the Warriors’ needs, and Kerr is still looking for answers. What is missing? The Golden State Warriors need toughness and intensity both at home and on the road — voids that could be filled by Utah Jazz forward Jarred Vanderbilt. Read More:

By Gold Blooded Ground - flawless Credit: Getty Images The Golden State Warriors’ early season struggles have led to a lot of rumours around who the franchise could target before the February 9 trade deadline. Last month, Sam Esfandiari of Bleacher Report and the popular Light Years podcast, suggested that the Warriors deal youngsters James Wiseman and Jonathan Kuminga to the Washington Wizards for Kyle Kuzma. Kyle Kuzma’s contractual situation makes it difficult to envisage a trade between the Washington Wizards and Golden State Warriors. Read More:

by Peter O'Keefe Credit: Getty Images With both presenting as two of the most disappointing teams to date this season, the Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls are primed to be active players in trade discussions between now and the February 9 trade deadline. However, the perspective on both teams appears to be at either end of the scale. The Warriors may sell their young talent to strengthen their championship core, while the Bulls might do the opposite given their attempt to load up on experience seems to be flatlining. A league executive believes the Golden State Warriors could enter ‘win-now mode’ by trading James Wiseman for Chicago Bulls’ guard Alex Caruso.

Credit: Santa Cruz Warriors The Warriors have assigned Ryan Rollins and James Wiseman to the Warrior's G League affiliate in Santa Cruz, joining Patrick Baldwin Jr. And Gui Santos. Wiseman's lousy luck has defined his time in the NBA. With just three games in his college career due to a horrible NCCA ruling and the loss of his first training camp due to the pandemic. Lengthy rehab for a meniscus tear of his right knee suffered during his rookie year; all have contributed to his struggles through the first month of the season. Wiseman will spend an extended time with the Sea Dubs, which Golden States Warriors' coach, Steve Kerr, envisions at least ten games or more. Fans will likely not see Wiseman in a Warriors uniform until January. Credit: Getty Images The assignment to Santa Cruz as the second overall pick of the 2020 NBA Draft is the right move to put Wiseman's career back on track. The Warriors' coaching staff will remain hopeful that his incredible character and work ethic will provide a path back into Kerr's second unit rotation. JW will have the opportunity to develop without the unrealistic expectations that have diminished his enjoyment of the game he loves. Credit: Getty Images What is happening in Santa Cruz should excite those who have supported James Wiseman and the sold-out Kaiser Permanente Arena. The opportunity for Wiseman and Rollins to develop together, with the expectation of something special returning in January. Ryan Rollins has shown why the Warriors traded up to get him. In Santa Cruz's last two outings, Rollins has scored 24 and 27 points. Patrick Baldwin Jr., the Warriors' first-round pick in this year's draft, scored 18 points in his only game due to injury and will also benefit from his time with Wiseman. Gui Santos, a late second-round pick, has impressed fans and the coaching staff with his defense, offensive-rebounding, and dazzling dimes to reward teammates. The hope is that the trio of Wiseman, Rollin, and Baldwin Jr. will return to contribute to the quest to place Curry's fifth Larry in the case and fulfill "The Promise of James Wiseman.""The Promise of James Wiseman."
